Cancelation and Refund Policy
To reschedule, rebook, or cancel your booking, please contact us via email at kalmantours@gmail.com, ensuring to include your booking number.
In the event of a tour cancellation by Kalman Tours, whether due to adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control, we offer the following options:

Reschedule for another date of your preference, subject to availability and at no additional cost.

Rebook for an alternative tour, with payment of any applicable fees required before the tour, and subject to availability.

Receive a full refund.
For customers participating in our Northern Lights tours, if the lights are not visible due to poor visibility, a refund is not provided. However, rescheduling to another date for the Northern Lights tour is offered free of charge, subject to availability. The ticket remains valid for 2 years from the date of the initial tour. Please note that rescheduling is not possible for the "Retry Northern Lights tour" if lights were not seen.
For customers who are considered a No Show on a Northern Lights tour, and the scheduled tour did not witness lights, rebooking on Northern Lights Tours is not possible due to differing cancellation policies.
Kalman Tours retains the right to cancel a booking if a tour was inadvertently made available for booking. In such instances, customers will receive a full refund if rescheduling is not feasible.
Customers are required to notify us of any cancellations via email at kalmantours@gmail.com at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time:

Cancellations made with more than 24-hour notice will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice, or in the case of a "no-show," will be charged the full price of the trip.

Tours can be rescheduled with a minimum of 12- hour notice .
Terms and Conditions
Kalman Tours reserves the right to modify routes, itineraries, or timetables without prior notice if necessary. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unavoidable events, including natural disasters, strikes, adverse weather conditions, war, or other circumstances beyond our control. Any incurred expenses are the sole responsibility of the traveler. We strongly recommend that all customers obtain travel insurance, as they assume full responsibility for their participation in tours and transfers.

By purchasing our services, you agree to adhere to and be legally bound by our Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review our Terms and Conditions and ensure all members of your party are informed before embarking on our tours

Upon booking, customers will receive a confirmation email and a receipt for their tour purchase from Kalman Tours. To board our buses, customers must present either the receipt on an electronic device or a printed copy. Additionally, customers will be provided with a unique booking number, which is essential for any booking modifications or cancellations.
For bookings requiring passenger details, contact information, pick-up time, and location, customers are responsible for ensuring accurate information submission. In the event of incomplete or incorrect details, customers must either update their information through email at kalmantours@gmail.com. Failure to do so may absolve Kalman Tours from any liability for losses or errors.

Customers are required to arrive at the designated pickup location at the specified time indicated on the voucher. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the cancellation of the booking by Kalman Tours. In exceptional cases, Kalman Tours may allow for a free rescheduling or rebooking, in which case no refunds, whether full or partial, will be provided.
The seller holds all information from the buyer in relation to the purchase as confidential. Under no circumstances will information be handed to a third party.
